Vegan cosmetics

vegan logo alternative Vegan cosmetics results of the discussion about climate change and the effects of environmental degradation have become part of the environmental awareness of our society. The demand for “green” products remains very high. Consumers want sustainable, natural and organic products.

Vegan and cruelty-free seals on cosmetics refer to products that do not contain any animal-derived ingredients and have not been tested on animals. These seals are becoming more common in the cosmetics market because there is a growing demand for ethical and sustainable products among consumers.

Additionally, many people believe that animal testing is cruel and unnecessary, and they want to support companies that share these values. As a result, more and more cosmetic companies are choosing to use vegan and cruelty-free ingredients and production methods in order to appeal to these consumers.

However, orientation in the market is difficult. There are different certification standards such as BDIH, Ecocert, V-Label, Vegan Society, NaTrue or FairTrade. In addition, many manufacturers have jumped on the green bandwagon and have their own seals or brands.

What does vegan cosmetics mean?

Vegan cosmetics are a type of cosmetics that do not contain ingredients from animals and are not tested on animals. Vegan cosmetics do not contain ingredients such as honey, beeswax, leather, wool, milk, egg, gelatine or other animal products.

There are a lot of vegan cosmetic products on the market, from skincare and beauty products to hair care and body care products. Vegan cosmetics can contain both natural and synthetic ingredients and there are many companies that specialise in producing purely vegan cosmetic products.

It is important to note that vegan cosmetics do not necessarily mean that the product is natural or organic. Some vegan cosmetic products may contain synthetic ingredients, as these are typically made without animal additives and are therefore also vegan.

We do not rely on certificates alone, but only work with trustworthy raw material suppliers that we also know personally.

Considering all these circumstances, we decided to release our own vegan certificate. With our vegan certification, there are no self-made criteria, instead it is based on scientifically sound facts. This means that our vegan certification reflects the most up-to-date sustainable extraction and manufacturing methods.

We have had two vegan logos protected as a word-picture trademark. Our customers can use this vegan certification when booking the “Vegan Package” for 250.00 euros per product.
